When I needed to move I called them to help me.They came earlier than expected and helped me get through packing most of the knick knacks around the house without any fuss. They went beyond their duty to help me get down a furniture that was wall mounted. Everything went well after the situation was rectified and I'll happy with the outcome. The representatives were polite and courteous, and that counts for a lot.Our experience was smooth and trouble free. The staff was working their butts off and did a wonderful job considering everything that happened. Thank you Uhaul for being there and making it easy and comfortable to store you personal belongings at your facility.I would come back here in a heartbeat!
I utilized U-Haul quite a while before and I liked the way in which they got things done in a different state, so I went back to them for my moving and storage needs. I booked on the web and asked for their largest container. In any case, I ended up calling their customer service since I was experiencing difficulties setting up my delivery to unpack the pod and I discovered that something occurred with the payment. They gave me half off because when we were bringing everything back so I had a decent experience with the customer service who worked with me. Their drivers were incredible as well.
