I have been using the Comenity's card for last two years and never faced any issue. All you have to do is to just pay the bill on time and things will never get messed up. Transaction charges are also lower comparing to the other cards and you can use it anywhere like for medical bills, travelling, etc. Comenity DO charge late fee, EVERY credit company does. So do not blame the company for your fault. Be good to the company and they will be good to you too. Highly recommended.
