I think this is an extraordinary product! I don't see anything yet terrible reviews for all companies on this site! This vacuum has paid for itself twelve times over! Great suction and dirt removal and I never have needed to purchase a pack or belt! I simply keep the three filters clean and ensure hose doesn't get section blocked and it has never disappointed me. I am certain I am not the only one in my sentiment. I will purchase another Bissell if this thing ever at long last bites the dust from old age or probably I will repair it myself. Great product, great service.
