We used BirdDogHR for new candidates. We accept applications through them and afterward we as of late have begun using it as an onboarding tool for when we hire those candidates. I had an issue of not being able to log on and I called the customer support number. A lady by the name of Amanda walked me through it, she got me in there and I could do my onboarding with that new hires. They have an exceptionally incredible customer support and speedy reaction. Likewise, BirdDog makes things exceptionally proficient and more composed so we're not double working documents with a new hire. It is very user-friendly.
