I bought a couch from Big Lots and the spring broke in the 2nd month. From the reviews I read getting any assistance with this would be pointless! In any case, incredibly the supervisor in the Tiffin OH store dealt with everything rapidly and with absolutely stress-free! Much the same as that I have another replacement sitting in my living room. I'm exceptionally inspired and trust that any issues can be solved that easily and stress-free! I'm completely amazed! Thanks to everybody who helped to fix the terrible issue at Big Lots. Totally satisfied in Tiffin Ohio.
