Betterment is by far & away the best place for my money. I've put money in, taken money out, collected dividends, rolled over into IRAs, etc. In everything I've done with Betterment it's been utter simplicity. Deposits are made on schedule, with advance notice that a withdrawal is pending.the fees were not that much and it was convenient and very easy to understand. The mobile application makes it easy to track performance. I like that they offer many and that I was able to choose which one was the closest to matching me.Overall I am very pleased.

I didn't used customer support much, however, it is very much evident that they are to extremely customer focused by being totally easy to understand and simple to contact. The customization alternatives are incredible. They appeared to have thought of everything with regards to what a customer experience should be like. I could move things around to accommodate my own needs. I am not a fan of extra charges but rather the extra expenses that are offered are acceptable and make sense. Ideally everything would be free however that isn't so legitimate. Navigating the services it offers and different areas inside are particularly plain as day, which I respect since I support having the capacity to make sense of things all alone.
