I dealt with my agent from Beazer Homes and he was truly awesome, he was fully professional in his field. All that he said that he would do was a reality and there were no difficulties. Everything was set up expertly. The application procedure with Beazer Homes was direct and straightforward. We did the greater part of it 50/50 via phone and after that face to face. They went well beyond. All my experience was great. It was simple, and I got what I needed. Highly recommended
I am currently remodeling my house right now. I have a passion for interior design so I met with the Beazer Interior Designer to finalize our finishes! I loved that all the options were up-to-date.They did a good job building the house. Everything went smoothly in this new home project. The follow-up has been great.The quality is very good and their style just matches my taste for a home.They have been reasonable, responsive to requests for minor defect repairs. Love the sprinklering throughout.In sum, I really do not have one single complaint.
Seen a considerable measure of complaints on this site. This is my second home worked by Beazer and I love the two homes bought. The builder has reacted to my worries and repaired issues that came up, the quality is great and their style just matches my desire for a home. Please remember with any home builder...they are people mistakes or items used in homes can defect just like cars, clothes etc allow them to fix the issue or contact the people that made the item as builders purchase buyers as are we. Wish everyone luck with getting your issues resolved in a timely matter. I will have Beazer manufacture my retirement home as well...Love their homes!!
