Unfortunately, Barnes and Noble’s user interface is still extremely dated which makes website navigation a challenge. The site claims thousands of textbooks are available for rent, and I was able to find every major intro and upper level textbook I wanted. However, once I found the books, I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to pull up pricing and rental information. It turns out you have to click the price below the book instead of selecting the image of the book.I have been a member of Barnes & Noble for two years now and have never had a problem. I have always had satisfactory service and have always saved significant amounts on my purchases.Thank you for your help. And Barnes and Noble came through with customer service.
I purchased numerous Nook eBooks in the most recent year and every last one of them is full of composing blunders, missing lines, and so on. Up until now, every book I read was that way. Their editors don't appear to put excessive emphasis on quality control. Indeed, even the more up to date books, for example, Vince Flynn's Executive Power and Term Limits are messy and the writer should be alarmed to the way that this sort of messy editing. It's irritating at any rate and furthermore stressing since more school kids are learning with eBooks.
