I just attempted to fly on Bangkok Airways for the Thanksgiving holiday. Getting tickets and checking bags end up being extremely simple. All of the employees were very helpful. After security checks, I boarded onto the plane in a smooth way. I will go on Bangkok Airways once more, yet most likely for flights two hours or less. I got what I paid for but above all, I arrived safely and on time!
My mom n me flewn first time with Bangkok Airways. We didnt knew what to expect from this new airline as we were traveling on it for the first time. But the entire experience made it worthwhile. It’s pretty cheap and very basic accommodations, but for a quick hour long flight it’s not bad.This was a great start to our vacation and continued while on board. Bangkok Airway has improved a lot with in-flight service and also a standard of cabin crews.Boarding was on time and easy.,we were served food,the seats were comfortable,attentive crew who were visible during the flight. Thoroughly recommended.
I had an exceptional experience with Bangkok Airways. The ticket booking process was very smooth and the staff there was very helpful with the baggage weight. I had excess weight with me but they choose to ignore as I requested them. Their staff was very polite. The food received during my flight had an awesome taste. The boarding staff was also great. They were very professional and their attitude towards the passenger was great. I am definitely going to use their service again on my next visit.
My aunt had a bad experience last week. For a healthy lady she was cramped for leg space and the flight attendant didn't even change her seat even though there were some available.
