Atlantc broad band is one of the best internet providers. My TV, mobile and internet have never gone out but once because of the sea storm since have been using this service. I am very satisfied and happy with the company. The customer service is exceptional and they will answer you call and attentively listened to you and make sure you are satisfied with the information provided to you. The speed of the internet is super cool and I can download movies, videos and other stuff faster without any outage. Highly recommended.
The speeds I receive from Atlantic Broadband are 120 Megabits per second for Download and 10 Megabits per second Upload. I have never not received these speeds when I test a proper connection with internet.The company offers a variety of plans that are exceptionally fast.In addition, it's possible to save money by bundling your phone service with TV and you'll also be able to get service at a lower rate .They've been very responsive when changes need to be made.Honestly this is the best Internet Service Provider that I've ever used. They don't block any ports, they don't monitor my traffic, the only time I've ever experienced an outage is due to power related issues or weather and occasionally when they perform maintenance.The quality and reliability is the BEST.
Their internet service is marvelous however the customer support is awful. It takes at least 25 minutes to connect my call with a live representative. I installed a packaged bundle with Atlantic Broadband. I am based out of Western Maryland. I used to have Verizon, who really sucks for this region. No connection, they wouldn't fix it. Pay for service that works at a connection speed of 7 Mbps. The connection adds up to costs $90. They have to work a little on their customer support otherwise the service is fine.

Just reacently started using the broadband and so far so good. i sm happy that i don't have any reason to call customer care.
