I lost my phone at a concert and I called the customer service at the Asurion. The agent was cooperative and he told me to get back to me within 2 days. My phone was replaced after 2 days as he approved my claim but I had to pay $ 95 as it was not fully covered under warranty. For my new phone, he suggested me to buy a full warranty so that next time if anything happens I get full coverage. I am in love with my new phone. Its working better than the old one. I would highly recommend Asurion for its best customer services.

Asurion is the best I must say. The customer service is exceptional because they go above and beyond to satisfy the customers and making them happy. I lost my phone at the grocery store I called the customer services and they replaced the phone just in two days. My new phone is super cool I like it more than my old phone. I can never trust on any other service but Asurian. Best company ever.I would recommend it to the world.

Excellent service. Very quick and absolutely no problems. My case was handled very professionally and the customer service representative couldn’t have been better.The tech was very nice! I got the phone almost immediately. They scheduled a time to help me set up. I am very happy with the outcome, and feel fortunate I chose to have the service on all phones in my plan.Very pleased at the speed things took. In addition, my new phone has a one year guarantee. The process was easy and simple. The phone came rapidly. Just reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is on account of they dropped my insurance after we utilized it. When I got the protection on my children phone, I was told we could utilize it two times every year. My child lost his phone once and it was stolen a second time. After the second case, they dropped us. I was under the feeling that we just couldn't utilize it again until the point that a year had passed, yet that was not the situation, they simply sent a letter saying that they had dropped us.
