I called Astoria Bank for a new card. The first customer support agent I talked with never processed the process to mail me a new card. She processed the name change, however, I never got a new card. The second customer support agent I talked with apologized and sent me a new card with fast shipping. The other issue I have with the Astoria bank is that you mail your payment at least 4 days sooner they despite everything end up charging you for the late fee.

Astoria Bank is incredible. I have been a customer of a bank since 12 years and I am more than satisfied from the bank management and the overall services. It is best if you live in Atoria’s service area and prioritize in-person access over interest rates, and can avoid monthly service fees. The online banking very secure and prompt and bank keeps you informed through mobile apps and emails about any update or valuable information regarding its services. Highly recommended!!
