I have phone insurance by assurant phone insurance. My experience was very good with them. Some time ago i misplaced my phone and after a lot search i gave up and never found it again. I contacted assurant phone insurance. My case was resolved within 2 days. I was sent a new phone without any unnecessary waiting period or process steps. I highly recommend this company if anyone is looking for electronics insurances. They are affordable and reliable. Good work.
I lost my phone during a concert and I am not sure whether it was stolen or I dropped it somewhere. I got so miserable as this was a gift from my GF and it was like my portable office. I badly needed a new phone to contact my clients through phone and I could not afford to lose my client (read Dollars). I filed claim with Assurant and it was approved within 12 hours. The process was so hassle free that I forgot my worry and waited excitedly for the new phone. I got it after 2 days and I just love this new phone. Assurant is just incredible it provides on of the best services of its kind. I would recommend it to anyone because of the excellent customer service. lost my mobile and I called their agent immediately. The customer service rep I spoke with was instrumental in getting my phone issue taken care of. Just a few days after I talked to her, I had my replacement phone. I am 100% satisfied with my replacement device; it's brand new and works great! My device that I returned was so difficult to use because the screen was broken. This device is as good as it gets!
I lost my T-Mobile phone and luckily was able to get a new one through the insurance I selected when I originally purchased it.So, I filed a claim online and I called to make sure that everything was going well with my claim. I spoke with the Assurant representative, they were very professional and very accommodating! They expressed extreme kindness and were sorry for my lost phone. I was approved for a replacement quickly and received my phone within 2 days. Within minutes I had it up and going with my same phone number with no issues at all. I am grateful for the speedy hassle free service from Assurant. Thanks!
