I ordered a double gas oven to be delivered to my mother's house in Maryland. The process from placing an order to delivery of oven was very satisfactory and trouble free becuase of the great customer servicd. My wife recently got a cold pressed juicer from Appliances Direct and was also wowed from the follow-up to delivery of the item. Looking to do more business with them.
I have used Appliances Direct many times before. Looking to do more business with them. .The price was cheaper than anywhere else, delivery was quick and I was kept up to date throughout the process.Altogether excellent.
I found the entire procedure basic and direct.
The info on the site is basic on the first page, yet other pages are enabling you to waitlist your things and check the fit and so on from the waitlist.
Placing the order was straightforward and it was decent to have the capacity to genuinely pick a conveyance date instead of being advised when was to get it. This was essential as we were replacing an oven that should have been removed. The pickup of the old appliance is a sensible value, cheaper than a few council charges nowadays.
I will use their again in the future.
