Applegate produces a wide range of natural and organic meats.All natural, no preservatives and no sugar are a plus. Then I can add as many salt, pepper, other spices to my own liking. I agree to pay more for cleaner, healthier foods, but there's a certain limit to everything. I like sweet and smokey!! Yes, I have no problem finding Applegate products at most markets... no nitrites seems to be catching on and the taste is really good as well. Baked in the oven, microwaved. Best for Applegate bacon suits health conscious meat lovers
Smoked and sweetened are both very agreeable and run well with eggs, pancakes, toast, or waffles. Also as a fixing in an omelet. Tastes great without anyone else's input moreover. My friend brings it my home occasionally, in any event regularly enough that there is by and large some close by in the ice chest or cooler. I like it cooked in a skillet when I'm exploring nature. At home, it gets cooked in a skillet or microwaved, depending upon who does the honor. In the microwave, I find that I can get it decent and chewy without an excess of effort.
