I’ve had bad experiences with moving and storage companies so when the need to hire one had come up again, I was VERY hesitant and on guard. I contacted All My Sons from the recommendation of a colleague. They sent a representative named Rachel, who came over and surveyed what needed to be moved and packed. She provided me with a quote and was very understanding of my prior dealings with other businesses like theirs. Rachel assured me that this process will be painless and smooth. And she was right! When moving day arrived, a gentlemen named Barrett showed up with a crew of movers and they started their jobs! I observed as they were all very careful with the handling of my belongings. They even placed coverings on the wood tile floors as to not scratch them! It was as if my things were their things and they treated them as such with care and concern. Rachel had arrived later to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. This was top notch customer service and high quality professionalism. I am giving awesome kudos to both Rachel and Barrett and their crew!
