I usually travel once or twice a year as my family and friends are settled in different cities and even countries. This is why, I have been a loyal customer to them as I am a regular traveller and need tickets on low rates which I often get from them. Overall, customer service is also very helpful and they deal very responsibly as well which I love about them.

One thing that made me give just four stars instead of five is their website. I found it a bit confusing. I was pushed to other user area when I used the site for the first time. But once you get used to it you get the best pricing.
We planned and booked our celebration of being married for 8 years by heading out to Puerto Vallarta. This is my second time using Airfare.com. Both times the agents assigned to me were great. They were extremely helpful and the current agent spent the time I needed to ensure everything for my trip would go well. You can find a good price compared with other online travel sites. Highly recommended.

I must say their customer support is exceptional. Since then I got no issue in the booking process. They have been very kind and treat their customers exceptionally well. I would definitely recommend their awesome service to my friends and family.

Excellent site to check for fares for my holidays. I tend to plan at the last moment and i can still find cheap fares here
