Aeroplan is our family choice. We always get tickets to Aeroplan as our experience has always been satisfactory. Even though our last flight was a bit less up to the mark but before that it was always hassle free. It is an efficient airline and thrives to fulfill the demands of its customers. Once their was an issue with our luggage but their team was on toes to get the issue resolved immediately. So i would say the staff work is tremendous, they are always responsible and react quickly when there is a situation. The ticket fare is average in my opinion.
The service of Aeroplan is just exceptional. I booked my flight to Phoenix almost three ago and the experience was too good. The staff is very prompt and professional, boarding was hassle free and I reached the destination right in time according to the schedule. Aerplan's flights are never late and in-flight services make your travel more interesting and memorable.
I have had some really good experiences with aeroplan and some experiences that were more challenging. Despite the more challenging experiences, the positive ones far outweigh the more challenging issues. We continue to select aeroplan as our first choice.
